Terms and Conditions

 Turnaround depends on the item that you order; for ready made stock such as cards, standard prints and decor turnaround is approximately 2-3 working days (plus postage time). For personalised items, it can be slightly longer and usually takes approximately 1 week (plus postage time). Wedding orders can take longer depending on the items involved; this will be communicated to the customer on an order-by-order basis.

Items are posted as standard using Royal Mail 2nd Class service- Royal Mail aim to deliver in 2-3 working days. At checkout you do have the option to upgrade to 1st Class for a small fee; Royal Mail aim to deliver these items in 1-2 working days. However, sometimes they may experience delays which we unfortunately cannot be held accountable for. 

When ordering, please take into account there may be postal delays due to Bank Holidays, staff shortages etc. Please consult the Royal Mail website for service updates if this is a concern. 

 If you have an issue with the order you have received, please contact us and we will do our very best to resolve the matter! 

Personalised items cannot be returned. If you would like to return another item, it must be posted back to us (postage to be covered by the customer) in its original packaging and resell-able condition, when it is received a refund of the original order amount will be issued.
I cannot be held responsible for items which are delayed or missing in the post. Items are not tracked as standard; if you would like tracked delivery please contact us BEFORE placing your order. We obtain a ‘Proof of Postage’ receipt for each item sent. If you have not received your item 14 working days after receiving a dispatch email, please contact us and I will assist where I can.
